14-Day Free Trial Guarantee

All new Coventis AI subscription plans (including Starter and Professional tiers) include an upfront 14-day free trial with full institutional feature access.

  • $0.00 Initial Charge: A valid payment method is collected at checkout via Paddle to verify identity and guarantee continuity, but your card will not be charged during the 14-day trial period.
  • Risk-Free Cancellation: You may cancel anytime before Day 14 at 23:59 UTC directly via your workspace billing portal (/account/billing) with zero charges incurred.
  • Trial Conversion: If not cancelled before the 14th day concludes, your trial automatically transitions into a paid recurring monthly or annual subscription.

Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), who is the Merchant of Record for all Coventis AI transactions.

  • Paddle provides customer service inquiries, handles local sales tax/VAT compliance, processes currency conversions, and issues institutional tax invoices.
  • Your billing statement will appear as PADDLE.NET * COVENTIS AI.
  • Transactions are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions and Paddle Refund Policy.

Subscription Renewals & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cadence according to your selected plan.

  • Standard Policy: Because Coventis AI provisions high-availability dedicated cloud resources and enterprise AI model capacity upon subscription, payments for recurring billing periods are generally non-refundable once processed.
  • Cancellation Effect: When you cancel an active paid subscription, your account remains active and retains full access until the end of your prepaid billing term. No further renewals will be billed.
  • No Retroactive Prorations: Except as required by mandatory consumer protection law, we do not offer retroactive partial refunds for unused days within an active paid billing cycle.

Exceptions & Statutory Rights

We strive for fair, equitable resolution of all client circumstances:

  • System Outages or Technical Malfunction: If a documented prolonged system outage prevents core platform analysis for an unreasonable duration, our support team may issue a pro-rated credit or refund.
  • Billing Anomalies: Duplicate charges or accidental double-billing reported within 14 days will be reviewed and refunded immediately.
  • EU/UK Consumer Rights: If you are an individual consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have statutory 14-day cooling-off rights under consumer contracts law, subject to applicable exceptions once service utilization begins.
